The location was very convenient for my visit to the NEC. I appreciated the friendly staff. My room was also spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The car park charged an extra fee. Paying for parking felt unreasonable considering the room rate. I found the coffee to be unpleasant. The scrambled eggs were too salty.

The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. I really liked the self-service setup. The parking lot included EV charging stations which was very useful for me! The staff at the front desk were warm and cute.

The shower had very low water pressure, difficult to rinse thoroughly. That needs to improve.

I found the room tidy and clean with useful amenities. The iron and ironing board were very helpful for my work needs. Air conditioning worked great because it was warm .

The breakfast had issues. Guests should know that breakfast ends earlier than stated. All the food was removed quickly at 9:30 am. There was no bread left so toast was impossible.
