Adequate Stay Near NEC
convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed extra charge unpleasant coffee salty eggs
The location was very convenient for my visit to the NEC. I appreciated the friendly staff. My room was also spacious. The bed was comfortable.
The car park charged an extra fee. Paying for parking felt unreasonable considering the room rate. I found the coffee to be unpleasant. The scrambled eggs were too salty.

Fantastic Experience Close to the Airport
delicious breakfast ev charging
The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. I really liked the self-service setup. The parking lot included EV charging stations which was very useful for me! The staff at the front desk were warm and cute.
The shower had very low water pressure, difficult to rinse thoroughly. That needs to improve.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel boasts a modern lobby area with a large dining space. A Costa coffee machine is conveniently available for a quick, hot beverage upon arrival. I noticed the building and the parking area were also kept very super clean.
Rooms
9/10
The room provided ample free space to move around, and the ensuite was a good size. I enjoyed the comfort of two pillows provided for each guest, that felt very luxurious. An air conditioning system was available and functioning.

the bed was comfy enough for a single night.
The room smelled musty. the temperature control was ineffective, leaving the room too warm. additionally, the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The scrambled eggs tasted bland.

Acceptable Stay Near Airport
tidy room useful amenities working air conditioning breakfast issue food removal bread absence
I found the room tidy and clean with useful amenities. The iron and ironing board were very helpful for my work needs. Air conditioning worked great because it was warm .
The breakfast had issues. Guests should know that breakfast ends earlier than stated. All the food was removed quickly at 9:30 am. There was no bread left so toast was impossible.
